REFUND POLICY At Golden Glow Hair Studio, we strive to provide each guest with exceptional service and a result that reflects our shared vision during the consultation. We value open communication and do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place: Before starting any service, we conduct a thorough consultation to discuss your expectations, desired outcome, and any limitations based on your hair’s current condition. By proceeding with the service, you acknowledge and agree to the discussed plan. Services are non-refundable as time, labor, and professional products have been utilized to perform them. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service, we offer one complimentary adjustment appointment within 7 days of your original service date to address any concerns. Adjustments will only be performed if they align with the original consultation and service agreement. Any request to change the style, color, or technique outside the scope of the initial service will incur additional charges. Unopened, unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Used products are non-refundable. We ask that all concerns be communicated respectfully. Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future services. By booking an appointment, you agree to our policies. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask you give us 12 hours notice before cancelling / rescheduling your appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 12 hour notice will be subject to a 30% charge.
